Then remo\u00adve from the oven and peel off the&nbsp;skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow to cool brief\u00adly and cut into strips (approx. 0.5 cm). Cut the spring oni\u00adons with the ten\u00adder greens into fine rings and chop the gar\u00adlic.<br>Sau\u00adt\u00e9 the spring oni\u00adons and gar\u00adlic in a pot wit\u00adhout oil until trans\u00adlu\u00adcent and then add the pep\u00adper strips. Degla\u00adze the who\u00adle thing with the gra\u00adpe juice and the vege\u00adta\u00adble stock (plea\u00adse strain it), add the gar\u00adlic and sea\u00adson with salt and pep\u00adper.
