Remo\u00adve the loaf from the tin, mois\u00adten again and bake for ano\u00adther 30 minu\u00adtes (this time wit\u00adhout the&nbsp;tin)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This bread is our own crea\u00adti\u00adon, glu\u00adten-free and low in&nbsp;fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redu\u00adced-fat ver\u00adsi\u00adon, glu\u00adten-free bread:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To redu\u00adce the fat con\u00adtent, avo\u00adid coco\u00adnut oil and only use e.g. B. 10g sun\u00adflower seeds. You can also redu\u00adce the chia seeds to 10g, becau\u00adse the hig\u00adhest fat con\u00adtent of this bread reci\u00adpe is hid\u00adden in them and in the seeds. Howe\u00adver, you should then add 2 teas\u00adpoons of bak\u00ading pow\u00adder to the dough.
