Next, add the mush\u00adrooms and cook until soft for ano\u00adther 4\u20135 minu\u00adtes. Add the remai\u00adning vege\u00adta\u00adbles and the lime juice, salt or coco\u00adnut ami\u00adnos to the pan and cook again for 3\u20135 minu\u00adtes, stir\u00adring fre\u00adquent\u00adly. Put&nbsp;aside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soak one rice paper at a time in warm water until it is plia\u00adble and then place it on a clean work sur\u00adface. Place approx. 2 small tab\u00adles\u00adpoons of fil\u00adling per rice paper not in the very midd\u00adle of the paper, but a litt\u00adle fur\u00adther to the front. Fold the sides in and then roll up tight\u00adly. Repeat the pro\u00adcess until all the fil\u00adling is used&nbsp;up.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The spring rolls beco\u00adme par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly cris\u00adpy in a hot air fry\u00ader. Make sure the\u00adre is enough space bet\u00adween the rolls to pre\u00advent them from sti\u00adcking to each other. Fry at 200\u00b0C for approx. 8\u201313 minu\u00adtes. If you don\u2019t have a deep fry\u00ader at hand, you can also bake the rolls in the oven at 200 \u00b0C.
