Remo\u00adve and set&nbsp;aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the nacho cheese, steam the pota\u00adto and car\u00adrot cubes in a pot with a steam attach\u00adment for 15\u201320 minu\u00adtes until they are soft. Place in a blen\u00adder and puree with turm\u00ade\u00adric, gar\u00adlic pow\u00adder, oni\u00adon pow\u00adder, cayenne pep\u00adper, lemon juice and water (if neces\u00adsa\u00adry) until very smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the sal\u00adsa, com\u00adbi\u00adne the chop\u00adped toma\u00adtoes, red oni\u00adon, lime juice, gar\u00adlic, Ser\u00adra\u00adno pep\u00adper, cil\u00adan\u00adtro, and cumin even\u00adly in a medi\u00adum&nbsp;bowl.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arran\u00adge the cris\u00adpy fries on pla\u00adtes and gar\u00adnish with the cara\u00adme\u00adli\u00adzed oni\u00adons, coo\u00adked pep\u00adpers, nacho cheese sau\u00adce, sal\u00adsa, hot sau\u00adce and fresh cil\u00adan\u00adtro.
