Peel the gar\u00adlic cloves and set asi\u00adde for&nbsp;now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the top\u00adping, quar\u00adter the toma\u00adtoes, remo\u00adve the stalks and place the gela\u00adti\u00adnous, seed-con\u00adtai\u00adning insi\u00addes in a pla\u00adte. Cut the toma\u00adto fle\u00adsh into fine cubes.<br>Hal\u00adve the pep\u00adpers, remo\u00adve the insi\u00addes and also cut them into fine&nbsp;cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal\u00adve the avo\u00adca\u00addos, remo\u00adve the stone and remo\u00adve the fruit from the peel with a lar\u00adge spoon. Then sepa\u00adra\u00adte the hal\u00adves leng\u00adthwi\u00adse and cut cross\u00adwi\u00adse into thin slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal\u00adve the romaine let\u00adtuce heart and then cut it cross\u00adwi\u00adse into fine strips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now it\u2019s back to pre\u00adpa\u00adring the cas\u00adhew cream. Then let the dough rest for a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now it\u2019s best to heat a non-stick pan. You should brush the pan with a litt\u00adle coco\u00adnut oil so that the flat\u00adbreads can be tur\u00adned and remo\u00adved more easi\u00adly.
