You will most likely need more water if the dough is too&nbsp;thick.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the cau\u00adli\u00adflower and toss with 2 spoons until well coa\u00adted. Using a fork, trans\u00adfer the dipped cau\u00adli\u00adflower to the bak\u00ading sheet and shake off any excess bat\u00adter. Lea\u00adve a space of at least 2 cm bet\u00adween each&nbsp;piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in the oven for 20\u201325 minu\u00adtes until cris\u00adpy. Turn the cau\u00adli\u00adflower pie\u00adces over half\u00adway through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the sau\u00adce, com\u00adbi\u00adne coco\u00adnut ami\u00adnos, map\u00adle syrup, sesa\u00adme oil, lime juice, red pep\u00adper flakes, toma\u00adto pas\u00adte, gar\u00adlic and gin\u00adger in a lar\u00adge sau\u00adce\u00adpan over medi\u00adum-high heat. Using the whisk, bring the liquid to a&nbsp;boil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To thi\u00adc\u00adken the sau\u00adce, whisk the arrow\u00adroot flour with the water\/vegetable stock in a small bowl. Pour into the sau\u00adce and cook, stir\u00adring fre\u00adquent\u00adly, until the sau\u00adce thi\u00adc\u00adkens and beco\u00admes sti\u00adcky, about 3\u20135 minu\u00adtes. If the sau\u00adce is very thick, add a litt\u00adle more&nbsp;water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the baked cau\u00adli\u00adflower and stir.
