In a food pro\u00adces\u00adsor, blend the slight\u00adly coo\u00adled pota\u00adtoes with the gar\u00adlic pow\u00adder, oni\u00adon pow\u00adder and map\u00adle syrup until the mix\u00adtu\u00adre is smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread the dough in 2 por\u00adti\u00adons onto a bak\u00ading tray lined with bak\u00ading paper in a cir\u00adcle. Bake until light\u00adly brow\u00adned, 15 to 20 minu\u00adtes. Allow to cool com\u00adple\u00adte\u00adly. I suspec\u00adted it, but wan\u00adted to know for sure: the dough defi\u00adni\u00adte\u00adly can\u2019t be turned!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the fil\u00adling, place a non\u00adstick cera\u00admic skil\u00adlet over medi\u00adum-high heat. Add the oni\u00adon and sau\u00adt\u00e9 until sof\u00adten\u00aded, 3 to 5 minu\u00adtes. If neces\u00adsa\u00adry, add a litt\u00adle water to pre\u00advent them from bur\u00adning. Redu\u00adce heat and add mush\u00adrooms, papri\u00adka, gar\u00adlic pow\u00adder, red pep\u00adper flakes, thy\u00adme and rose\u00adma\u00adry. Cook, stir\u00adring occa\u00adsio\u00adnal\u00adly, until mush\u00adrooms are soft and brow\u00adned, 10 to 15 minu\u00adtes.
