{"id":7252,"date":"2020-09-11T00:01:04","date_gmt":"2020-09-10T22:01:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.selleriesaft.com\/?p=7252"},"modified":"2024-03-29T16:16:07","modified_gmt":"2024-03-29T15:16:07","slug":"zucchini-lasagne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.selleriesaft.com\/en\/zucchini-lasagne\/","title":{"rendered":"Zuc\u00adchi\u00adni lasagne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingre\u00addi\u00adents: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 \u2013 5 small to medi\u00adum zucchini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 to 6 fresh basil lea\u00adves, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the pota\u00adto&nbsp;cream:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 medi\u00adum-sized pota\u00adtoes, pee\u00adled and diced (approx. 300&nbsp;g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tab\u00adles\u00adpoon <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VVsU4r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow sponsored\">Oni\u00adon powder<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tab\u00adles\u00adpoon fresh lemon&nbsp;juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2X5svk2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Arrow\u00adroot starch<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp water (optio\u00adnal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the mari\u00adnara&nbsp;sauce:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 g fresh, crus\u00adhed or diced tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 oni\u00adon,&nbsp;diced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cloves of gar\u00adlic, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teas\u00adpoon <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3k4V1LQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">dried ore\u00adga\u00adno<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teas\u00adpoon <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2ZwqE9w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">dried thy\u00adme<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 small bunch fresh basil, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the zuc\u00adchi\u00adni, cut off the ends and sli\u00adce leng\u00adthways into approx. 0.6 cm thick sli\u00adces. Spread the sli\u00adces on seve\u00adral bak\u00ading trays lined with bak\u00ading paper and bake in a con\u00advec\u00adtion oven for approx. 20 \u2013 25 minu\u00adtes. If the sli\u00adces still have too much liquid after\u00adwards, careful\u00adly dab off the mois\u00adtu\u00adre with kit\u00adchen paper. Let cool&nbsp;down.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the pota\u00adto cream, steam the pota\u00adtoes in a pot with a steam\u00ader insert for about 15 \u2013 20 minu\u00adtes until soft. Then put it in a blen\u00adder and mix it tog\u00ade\u00adther with the oni\u00adon pow\u00adder, lemon juice, arrow\u00adroot starch and pos\u00adsi\u00adbly a litt\u00adle water to a cre\u00ada\u00admy&nbsp;mass.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crush the fresh toma\u00adtoes and cook in a sau\u00adce\u00adpan with the oni\u00adon, gar\u00adlic cloves and dried spi\u00adces over high heat for 20 minu\u00adtes until they have a thick con\u00adsis\u00adten\u00adcy. Now stir in the basil and let cool for 10 minutes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the lasa\u00adgne, cover the bot\u00adtom of a bak\u00ading dish with a lay\u00ader of baked zuc\u00adchi\u00adni, slight\u00adly over\u00adlap\u00adping. The next lay\u00ader con\u00adsists of some toma\u00adto sau\u00adce and then the pota\u00adto cream. Repeat this laye\u00adring until the lasa\u00adgna is built up, which is approx. 3 \u2013 5 lay\u00aders, depen\u00adding on the size of the bak\u00ading dish. The top lay\u00ader is the pota\u00adto&nbsp;cream.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in the midd\u00adle of the oven at 180\u00b0C for about 40 minu\u00adtes until the top is light\u00adly brow\u00adned. Let cool for at least 20 minu\u00adtes so that the sau\u00adce thi\u00adc\u00adkens nice\u00adly.
