Then mix with the water and lemon juice in a lar\u00adge bowl to form a dough.<br>Now first peel the gar\u00adlic and cut it into small pie\u00adces and add it to the&nbsp;dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After bak\u00ading, fold the vege\u00adta\u00adbles into the pre\u00adpared dough and mix well. Pour the mix\u00adtu\u00adre into a spring\u00adform pan or quiche pan lined with bak\u00ading&nbsp;paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake the chick\u00adpea quiche in the oven at 200\u00b0C for 30 minu\u00adtes.<br>It tas\u00adtes very good both warm and cold and can also be fro\u00adzen easi\u00adly.
