Lue\u00adgo p\u00f3n\u00adga\u00adlo en una licua\u00addo\u00adra y m\u00e9z\u00adcle\u00adlo con la cebol\u00adla en pol\u00advo, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el alm\u00adid\u00f3n de arr\u00adur\u00adruz y posi\u00adblem\u00aden\u00adte un poco de agua has\u00adta obte\u00adner una masa cremosa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tri\u00adtu\u00adra los toma\u00adtes fres\u00adcos y coci\u00adna en una cace\u00adro\u00adla con la cebol\u00adla, los dien\u00adtes de ajo y las espe\u00adci\u00adas secas a fue\u00adgo alto duran\u00adte 20 minu\u00adtos has\u00adta que ten\u00adgan una con\u00adsis\u00adten\u00adcia espe\u00adsa. Aho\u00adra agre\u00adgue la alba\u00adha\u00adca y d\u00e9je\u00adla enfri\u00adar duran\u00adte 10 minutos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer la lasa\u00ad\u00f1a, cubra el fon\u00addo de una fuen\u00adte para hor\u00adno con una capa de cala\u00adbac\u00edn hor\u00adne\u00ada\u00addo, super\u00adpo\u00adni\u00e9n\u00addo\u00adlos lige\u00adra\u00admen\u00adte. La sigu\u00adi\u00aden\u00adte capa cons\u00adta de un poco de sal\u00adsa de toma\u00adte y lue\u00adgo la cre\u00adma de pata\u00adtas. Repi\u00adta estas capas has\u00adta que se for\u00adme la lasa\u00ad\u00f1a, que son apro\u00adxi\u00adma\u00addamen\u00adte de 3 a 5 capas, depen\u00addi\u00aden\u00addo del tama\u00ad\u00f1o de la fuen\u00adte para hor\u00adne\u00adar. La capa supe\u00adri\u00ador es la cre\u00adma de patatas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hor\u00adne\u00adar a tem\u00adpe\u00adra\u00adtura media del hor\u00adno a 180\u00b0C duran\u00adte unos 40 minu\u00adtos has\u00adta que la par\u00adte supe\u00adri\u00ador est\u00e9 lige\u00adra\u00admen\u00adte dora\u00adda.
