Muneeza’s egg-free mayonnaise

This quick-to-prepare, egg-free mayonnaise is very flavorful and a great alternative for making delicious potato salads. It also tastes very tasty as a dip, for example. B. with raw vegetables or baked potatoes.

2 tbsp Tahini
70g Sunflower seeds
1 lemon, juiced
125ml water
1 teaspoon Mustard powder
3/4 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Kala Namak, (black salt, more if a stronger egg flavor is desired)
1 tbsp smoked paprika

Preparation:

Process all ingredients in a blender into a homogeneous mass. Complete!
