Onion bronchial broth
Onions, celery, and radishes are traditionally valued for treating coughs and colds. Many people drink them in small sips throughout the day to support their body.
Ingredients (for 2–4 portions):
- 480 g onions (approx. 4 medium-sized)
- 440 g celery (about 1 whole bunch)
- 500g radishes
- 2 liters of water
preparation:
- Roughly chop the onions, celery, and radishes.
- Place them in a large pot along with the water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 45 minutes.
- Then strain and drink the broth in small sips throughout the day.
