Thyme tea shock

The thy­me tea shock appli­ca­ti­on is recom­men­ded to streng­then the body.

Instructions for the thyme tea shock application 

  • The­re are 12 per 250 ml of hot water fresh thy­me sprigs. (If you only have dried thy­me available, use 2 tab­les­poons of dried herb per 250 ml of hot water). Let the tea steep for at least 15 minu­tes. Remo­ve or strain the thy­me sprigs, espe­ci­al­ly if dried thy­me was used.
  • Drink 1 cup of this strong thy­me tea every three waking hours.
  • This appli­ca­ti­on can be car­ri­ed out for three to five days, then switch to the dosa­ge in an indi­vi­du­al sup­ple­ment list.
  • You are wel­co­me to start ano­ther round after you have had a week’s break from the thy­me tea shock application. 
  • If you are sen­si­ti­ve, you can make your thy­me tea with less thyme. 
  • You can swee­ten your thy­me tea as desi­red with the juice of half a lemon and/or 1 teas­poon of raw honey per cup of tea.
  • If you want, you can also make the enti­re dai­ly amount of thy­me tea at once by mul­ti­ply­ing the amount accor­din­gly. The tea does not have to be drunk warm or hot, it can just as easi­ly be enjoy­ed cool or lukewarm. 

For Child­ren The thy­me tea is bre­wed in the same way as abo­ve and the quan­ti­ties are as follows: 

  • Ages 1 to 2: 30 ml cold or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • 3 to 4 years: 60 ml cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • 5 to 8 years: 90 ml of cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • 9 to 12 years: 120 ml cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • 13 years and older: 180 ml cold, warm or hot tea every three waking hours
