Ingredients for 1–2 Brain Shots:
- 1/2 cup fresh or thawed frozen strawberries
- 1/2 tomato or 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup tightly packed, coarsely chopped lettuce, such as lettuce
- 1/2 stalk of celery

Preparation:
Juice all ingredients in a juicer in the order listed. Put through a sieve again.
Pour into a glass and serve!
