• In the midd­le of a long day, when you despera­te­ly need an ener­gy boost
• When you feel unba­lan­ced, like you don’t have enough energy
• When you feel like your ener­gy is off and you’­re not on point
• When you feel like you have too much ener­gy and you’­re hoping to work off an arou­sal high
• When you remo­ve caf­feine from your life
• When you want to wind down at the end of the day to reset, rest and reti­re for the night

Ingre­di­ents for 1–2 Brain Shots:

• 1/4 cup chop­ped carrots
• 1/2 cup chop­ped raw sweet potato
• 1/2 cup red pepper
• 1/2 cup fresh or tha­wed fro­zen pineapple

(The Ame­ri­can cup mea­su­re­ment includes the amount of approx. 250 ml per cup.)

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Juice all ingre­di­ents in a jui­cer in the order lis­ted. Put through a sie­ve again. 

Pour into a glass and serve! 

Tip:

Allow 15 to 30 minu­tes befo­re and after this eli­xir to eat or drink for 15 to 30 minutes.
