The thyroid smoothie offers a lot of variety, as it consists of three basic ingredients and a large selection of other healing foods.
It depends on which of the listed additives you use to what extent the valuable properties of this smoothie vary. All of the foods mentioned are valuable.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
Base:
- 320 g diced mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 250 ml water
Recommended additional additives:
- 100g spinach
- 25 g rocket
- 1 teaspoon Brown algae powder
- 1–2 cm ginger (peeled)
- Juice from one orange
- 125 ml aloe vera gel
- 20 g coriander herb
- 60g raspberries
Preparation:
The basic ingredients for the thyroid smoothie are mango, banana and a glass of water.
If desired, all other ingredients can be added individually, in any combination or all together. (For making aloe gel, see this article the necessary information.) Put the selected ingredients in a blender and mix everything together until smooth, creating a smooth smoothie.
