Pre­heat the oven to 180 degrees top and bot­tom heat.

Gra­te the sweet pota­to and app­les, gra­te the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice, and chop the apri­cots and dates.

Put all the ingre­di­ents tog­e­ther in a bowl and gent­ly knead into a dough.

Spread on a tray (it is rela­tively thin) and bake in a pre­hea­ted oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
