To make the sau­ce, place the dates, warm water and vanil­la in a high-speed blen­der. Depen­ding on the qua­li­ty of the dates, it is bet­ter to start with a litt­le less water so that the sau­ce does not beco­me too run­ny. Puree into a homo­ge­neous mass. Set asi­de for a moment.

For the shake, pro­cess the bana­nas, the sel­ec­ted liquid, the cha­ga pow­der and the dates in the blen­der to form a cre­a­my shake. 

Spread a few tab­les­poons of the date sau­ce in a glass and pour the shake over it. Gar­nish with dried mul­ber­ries if desi­red and ser­ve immediately.
