Potato and dill salad

Quick to make and yet so deli­cious, this pota­to salad is a love­ly addi­ti­on to any lunch or din­ner, bar­be­cue, pic­nic or social gathe­ring. The pota­to and dill salad is easy to prepa­re and tas­tes very good the next day too.

Ingre­di­ents for 4 servings: 

  • 750 g small potatoes
  • 1 teas­poon sea-salt
  • 8 radis­hes, sli­ced very thinly
  • 140g green peas
  • 10 g dill, fine­ly chopped

Dres­sing:

Pre­pa­ra­ti­on:

Steam the pota­toes in a pot with a steam­er insert for about 30 minu­tes until soft and then let them cool. 

Cut the coo­led pota­toes once. If lar­ge pota­toes are used, then cut into cubes. Mix in a bowl with the radish sli­ces, peas, dill and salt. 

To make the dres­sing, stir the tahi­ni, lemon juice and water in a small bowl until smooth and cre­a­my. Then add the dill, chi­ves and pep­per and mix well again. Tas­tes fresh and also very good the next day.
